EL NAQAB DAM is part of the project to improve infrastructure and
strategic facilities in Ras Al Khaimah. The dam is 22 meters high, 257 meters
wide, and can hold about one million cubic meters of water. It is located in
the main Negev Valley, 6 kilometers from the confluence of three valleys in
the Al-Fahlin area. Specific water channels with lined paths, lakes, and
barriers will be extended to absorb and store rainwater.
