Wadi Safar Parks and Trails
Our firm is proud to play a pivotal role in supporting one of the most prominent development projects within Saudi Vision 2030 – the Wadi Safar Project. Developed by Diriyah Company, this initiative is set to become a world-class destination, recognized for innovation and sustainability.
Within this ambitious vision, and as the technical partner to main contractor SALCO, we specialized in delivering high-precision Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for roads, infrastructure networks, and landscape works. All services were conducted in close collaboration with our strategic BIM partner, ICPM, ensuring the highest quality standards and seamless coordination.
Scope of Work
Our contribution supported the creation of critical infrastructure across Wadi Safar’s extensive network of parks and trails, including:
- Art Park
- Habitat Trail
- Sunrise Trail
- Meditation Trail
- ART Trail
- Groves Trail
- Verdant Valley Trail
These works significantly enhanced the landscape and recreational offering of the development, in line with the overall master plan.
Advanced Technical Contributions
1. Shop Drawings Preparation
- Developed detailed shop drawings derived directly from precise BIM models.
- Enabled on-site teams to execute road, infrastructure, and landscape works in strict alignment with approved designs.
- Minimized on-site errors and improved construction efficiency.
2. BIM Models – LOD 400
- Created advanced Level of Development 400 models containing accurate dimensions, materials, and specifications.
- Ensured fabrication and assembly readiness.
- Enabled effective clash detection and system coordination pre-construction.
3. As-Built Models – LOD 500
- Updated models post-construction to reflect actual built conditions.
- Served as a precise digital record of completed assets.
- Provided an indispensable resource for long-term operations, maintenance, and facility management.
